Management surveys are required in order to prove or refute the presence of asbestos in a premises. The result of a management survey is commonly known as the 'Asbestos Register and Management Plan'.

Only competent persons can carry out asbestos surveys. Competent means qualified, experienced and they must know their own limitations. All of our surveyors are qualified to a minimum standard of P402 and P405. They also do a yearly refresher which is targeted at the individual in order to keep them ahead of the game. Fully insured each surveyor must have 5 years experience otherwise in our eyes they are still a trainee.
